When inquiring about claims status, eligibility, authorizations, benefits, copayment information, or Primary Care Practitioner (PCP) verification, please use Pres Online. CARE Unit Specialists are trained to answer your questions and, when necessary, conduct research regarding claims adjustments.

For complex inquiries, such as claims adjustments and claim reviews, that cannot be answered through Pres Online, IVR (Interactive Voice Response, or one of our Electronic Submission Vendors, you can contact the Provider Services CARE Unit:
