The mission of the Pathways to Nursing program is to increase the number of nurses in Presbyterian Healthcare Services to maintain its delivery of excellent care, thereby continuing to meet our patients' and members' expectations and needs.
The program provides PHS employees with an opportunity to enhance their education and advance their healthcare careers.
All PHS employees are eligible to apply for this opportunity to complete a nursing degree.
Participants complete a basic or advanced nursing degree and are provided educational funding and other support in exchange for a post-graduation work commitment.
